This may be done via fax or electronically. Below you will find the ‘New Hire Form’ in printable pdf format to print, fill, and fax or alternatively a link to the State of Florida website to fill this requirement online.Each new employee must complete a form W-4 to ensure that the correct deductions are made for Income Taxes, Social Security & Medicare:As an employer, you must also ensure that your staff are legally permitted to take up employment in the USA. Each new staff member should complete a form I-9 and the employer should retain this form and copies of necessary supporting documents on file.We can also perform payroll calculations as required and assist with the preparation and filing of Federal & State payroll reports.
